My role as Marketing and Channel Communications manager is to help promote and grow the AVTECH brand worldwide by maintaining and implementing our marketing programs and objectives. This includes regular article publication, daily social media interactions, managing online advertising, generating website content, trade show exhibitions, and the creation of new promotional materials. I also help our worldwide reseller partners better understand our products and services, which in turn helps them assist their own customers and prospects.

I helped businesses stay connected and productive, while saving money every month. The most common services I helped clients with were bandwidth solutions such as DSL/T1/wireless/fiber, digital voice (dialtone/hosted PBX/PRI), hosted email, and managed security solutions like storage and firewalls. I also managed and assisted our sales team with helping their clients as well.
Part of my duties also included running our channel program, where we worked with IT consultants and professionals to help put together customized data/voice solutions for their clients. I also helped maintain the company social media accounts, and worked with upper management on marketing campaigns to help educate current clients as well as attract new ones.
Client Services Associate
My role at Winstar was a combination sales/client services position, in which I helped direct customer concerns to the appropriate department (Billing, Support, etc.) while also helping advise on service upgrades and changes. Winstar, as a national company, provided me with clients all over the US – clients ranged from single location businesses through smaller, regional ISPs and multi-site corporations. Frame WAN was the most popular and widespread service I assisted clients in configuring and maintaining.
Marketing Specialist/Product Specialist

Assisted with the development of various marketing campaigns in New England, including writing and distributing press releases heralding new products and services to regional newspapers, television stations, radio, and industry journals. Supervised scalable Direct Marketing department including hire, train, and supervise team. Provided reports to internal Product Managers on current Internet products in the marketplace to gauge effectiveness, reliability, and feasability of offering.
